Identity and KYC information remain off-chain while verifiable credentials and cryptographic proofs live on-chain to enable selective disclosure. There are still trade-offs. Integration points create varying economic and security tradeoffs. Finally, align product incentives by capping maximum leverage and requiring leading traders to stake collateral to discourage reckless strategies that could magnify hot wallet usage. Tight automated daily and per-trade limits should be enforced at the wallet layer and at the copy-trade mapping layer, so follower orders cannot exceed configured exposure or create outsized correlated drain on liquidity. Important considerations include the mechanism and timing of redemptions, the exact nature of the liquid staking token issued, fee structure, and the counterparty model behind custody and validator operations.
